encryption does not work
I am using the latest discord.js/voice 0.18.0 and [email protected] but unfortunately when the bot joins the voice channel the connection is degraded from encrypted end to end to secure only.

- What are your intents?
GuildVoiceStates is required to receive voice data!
- Show what dependencies you are using -- generateDependencyReport() is exported from @discordjs/voice.
