Complex numbers

This solution makes sense to me, but here's what I did: argument of (1 + z) / (1 + z_conj) = arg(1+z) - arg(1+z_conj) = arg(1) * arg(z) - arg(1) * arg(z_conj) = 0 since arg(1) = 0 I got 0 using the log-like properties of argument, why am I wrong?

Well, |z|=1 so zz'=1. Now replace z' by 1/z from above equation Arg(x+y) is not equal to Arg(x)Arg(y) [On the contrary Arg(xy)=Arg(x)+Arg(y)]
