Let's try this one.
:e3_dot:Turn off Fast boot from Bios settings
:e3_dot:Reinstall Valorant and Riot Client
:e3_dot:Go to Services > Search VGC > Change it to Automatic > Stop > Apply > OK
:e3_dot:Run the game.
i just delete and reinstall vanguard but i have other error my game is limited to 60hz ( i have a 165hz monitor)
Did you fix the problem?
You probably capped it in the ingame settings somewhere
