I don’t even know what third parties apps they talk about , my pc has barely any apps on it, how do I appeal?

i have the same issue
they are not helping and saying that i have hardware ban so i can create new acc when its gone but i dont have any ban from anywhere, my account locked, woth 2k. riot u do your thing again. thanks.
