And then what ? You will do the same thing you did on WB boycotting Netease too?
quitting the game would be quite logical if NE don't answer or can't resolve the problem 💁♀️
I know it's frustrating I transferred from WB too but I don't have any issues with the Duels but my friends have so we can't duo some times it works with them using VPN but not always
I'm not even a transferred player, I'm on the Sphinx server from the very beginning
I don't get the issue with the ISP

nothing, it's not their problem if other services work properly (like web sites, other online games), the problem is on NE side
Of course it's on NE the issue when s9 started that's when duels got bugged b4 I transferred i used to play with EU/NA players mostly now I play vs Asia and big whales Noone from EU/NA since s9 started
I don't understand the point of your messages: if you have no problems with duels, does that mean everyone else should stay silent?
