Main Menu Stuck
Hi all,
Can anyone help? My buddy is stuck at the main menu and cannot "Press X to continue". He has rebound the button and his X button is allowing him to initially click on the game but when reaching the main menu, it's not working at all.
Has anyone else encountered this before and know how to fix it? We have even tried inviting through ps party and joining through that but it didn't work. We're really stuck here.

UPDATE: He deleted game and reinstalled and it still doens't work
