HI, i want to play with EUW players but because i live in Bulgaria im in ISTANBUL servers, so can i play with them

From your screen where you select your mode and push play, you should see a tiny square with 3 lines and a dot on each line. It should be around the top of your profile picture/ banner. Click that and you can change servers. Select the servers you want to play in and deselect the ones you are currently in.
