What should I wear out?
I live in a more conservative fashion area. Trying to decide between two different outfit styles. Not either of these directly, but two styles I generally will wear.

is it conservative in terms of not being edgy or fashion forward or conservative in terms of wearing a very specific style
and also what is the occasion?
Just going out on the town. Conservative, meaning mostly oversized blue collar style. A bit of Fear of God Essentials, but mostly just a flannel or carhartt jacket over a Tshirt.
This being the popular style for most guys.

do people know you to dress in a certain way, either A or B?
in a vacuum i think both are fine imo, worst comes to worst someone might think you're a tourist or visiting
Probably more B because I always dress down usually outside of events.
it really doesnt matter what other people are wearing
in recent memory, i've only switched it up for a wedding with a dress code and a costume party
@Hybrid northeast?
Vermont, yeah.
Just wear whatever you want, no one is gonna give a shit
I’m in a small town in the northeast and I dress like, well, me. And no one has ever given me shit for it
Also worth noting that I used to dress like this

So like, it’s less about aesthetic and way more about people up this way not caring
