I haven’t received my twitch drops
Does anyone know why I haven’t received my twitch drops? I keep opening tickets for help & I keep getting told my riot and twitch aren’t connected but they most definitely are I have checked countless times, it’s been 7-8 days since I claimed my drops through twitch and I still haven’t received them yet - has anyone else got this issue?

Mine randomly showed up in my inventory after a few days with no notification

& if riot keep telling me it’s not connected do u think it cld be because I changed my riot name & id a while ago?
I’ve received drops before changing me name with no problem
There's been a bunch of bugs with the drops recently, so i think it's a bug on their end. I also changed my name recently too.
Ooh okay, I’m just cautious because I rlly want the arcane drops & the jinx one drops tomorrow so I’m hoping it fixes soon

No, I got a twitch drop 2 months ago with no issue & I haven’t changed it since
