Security Insights error: Critical: Managed Rules not deployed
Upon entering CF Dashboard I get this error: Security Insights error: Critical: Managed Rules not deployed. What could be causing this and what does it mean?

then I click on bottom blue button and get this:
it never poppd up with that error before? What do I correct?
