Brands that make extra slim/athletic fit dress shirts

I’m looking for Oxford shirts that fit me well and don’t look like I have a parachute coming out of my pants. I have a 46” chest and a 32” waist. Do any brands have sizing like this off the rack or do I need to get buy a shirt made to measure/get a tailor.

I don't think slim fit is the move here, I'd go for regular fit that's comfy in your shoulders and chest and a tailor can taper it to your waist. Having extra fabric isn't a bad thing either, it can help your shirts stay tucked
