Valorant Blue Screens my Computer first game then is ok
I play Valorant get in a game then I blue screen and am ok for that game and every game after. I updated my Nvidia drivers already and reinstalled Vanguard. Other games work fine (only with Valorant I have this problem, not Fortnite, overwatch, anything else). I don’t play league so idk if it’s the client or something else.

thats not a BSOD thats your windows recovery thats an entirely different thing

It’s only for the first game on too
after I reboot my pc and valorant after the blue screen it works fine so I truly don’t know what the issue is
I’m just frustrated about getting penalties for idfk what
its bad but if anything that looks like a hardware issue

my pc has been blue screening in between games a lot recently
and it only happens when im playing valorant

computer blue screened again today
what I’ve noticed is that before my computer blue screens, Valorant freezes/crashes for some reason and only when I try to close out of it THEN I get blue screened
I’ll send the file when I get it back up and running shortly

make sure your vgk.sys version is 1.16.15.9
How do I do that?
Open File Explorer and navigate to C:\Program Files\Riot Vanguard
Locate the file named vgk.sys.
Right-click on vgk.sys and select Properties.
In the Properties window, go to the Details tab.
Check the File version field. If it reads 1.16.15.9, you’re on the latest version.
My file version is 1.16.15.7, what do I do to get the latest version?
