whenever a player comes into my screen suddently my packet loss spikes and i lose. also some time the game freeze's. i have latest driver installed.

and my game doesnt load sometimes i mean it just look blurryy ( textures) that occurs due to network and i believe it's due to that packetloss too

One thing can be tried.
:e1_whitearrow: Go to Windows+R > Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings > Ethernet 2 > Right click - Properties. Show me SS.

So you've tried this. Add 8.8.4.4 under 8.8.8.8
Did you check in cmd if 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 is better

Open cmd
ping 8.8.8.8
ping 1.1.1.1
show ss
Preferred: 8.8.8.8
Alternate: 8.8.4.4
now
Open CMD and write ipconfig /flushdns
good good

@eoskoo @jjessiee thier is also one more issue that the first game after i start the game ( comp,unrate,swift or spike rush) just doesnt start giving me penaltyy
