I got banned for 1 year even tho its not my fault

Yo chat what do i do i got banned 1 year + my account got locked for doing nothing it kept disconnecting me from the game, it kept saying, re connect your pc etc. I didn't leaved on it afk or something else i was just playing it and i send tickets 2 times to riot mail and they didn't replied am i cooked
