Can't find Secure Boot option for my friend
Requirements : TPM 2.0 check, Secure Boot can be enabled check.
Sorry for the system language not being in English, it's in Portuguese
Relevant specs :
Baseboard Manufacturer : GYGABITE
Baseboard Product : AERO 17 WB
I've followed the Valorant FAQ for Van9003
There is no option of it in BIOS, I've tried setting it on Regedit, it disables after restarting PC, there is no "PolicyVersion" Nor "PolicyPublisher"
There is also no CSM option inside the BIOS, Could it be old BIOS version? Searched about helping him update it, but won't yet since it could just be pointless attempts with potential risks.
If needed, don't be afraid to ask further questions and information and I'll provide them to you. Thank you ^^

also your bios is reaaaally old and you should update it but it should still have all of those options
you most likely didn't see them
(According to the Valorant troubleshooting site)I've already helped my friend see the TPM 2.0 and Secure boot requirements which it is possible but I can try sending it after he is online
when my val was super glitched i just had to reset my computer in whole and reinstall stuff and it worked. just in case nothing works
hmm ngl I don't understand this paragraph
This is not my PC if you've read my main message and the title
Valorant has a troubleshooting website which talks about Van9003 where Secure boot needs to be enabled, it has topics such as basic requirements, such as TPM 2.0 and how to verify and if the state of Secure boot is On, Off, or incompatible. I've already verified for my friend that it is compatible in terms of TPM 2.0 and Secure boot
oh yeah it is compatible I know
anyway send the thing please
Sure
Give me a sec
@호나
Go to bios > general > find csm (compatibility support module), disable it and restart. (ignore if it's already disabled) > open bios > boot > secure boot > key management (ignore if it doesn't exist) > restore default keys / install default keys, restart pc
I'm 90% sure that there is no CSM option inside the BIOS of my friend, but I can try giving it a double check
I can try screenshotting BIOS through a stream (from external device) if you«d like
your bios does indeed have one,
Alright, I will update this soon
Nope
Doesn't have anything close to it
ah alright this is weird bios has uefi and not csm
anyway have you tried enabling secure boot
