Post 2: Electric Boogaloo
I'm shopping on eBay with the PTO searches. Are V neck sweaters a yes or a no? I seem to remember hearing people saying they were a faux pas a few years back.

to some they may read as outdated but it depends on the sweater and what you're wearing
i personally prefer crew sweaters (and v-neck sweater vests) but your opinion is the most important since you're buying it
Plain V necks with a shallow V can be quite boring, and look very JC Penny catalog imo. I strongly prefer a good cricket sweater- plenty of room for a tie, and it maintains a shirt collar nicely.
I like v necks for the office over a collared shirt. I go for textured wools, like lambswool, and prefer lower V necks if I'm wearing a tie under it
