i got level 20 but i cant play on the comp queue

do u guys have any idea of what is happening with my game?? i work so hard to hit level 20😭

@Quarklitz Click on "collection", then click on your playercard, then click on "level borders" then click on the "level 20" border and you should be able to queue comp
