Early All Map Radar. Causing the game fps drop in game.
When building an ALL MAP RADAR in the game, the FPS often drops, causing a brief lag of less than 1 second and delays of 2-6 seconds.

I also have this same issue, disabling the mod cleared all the pausing up.
yeah. either disable the mod. or dont build the build (ALL MAP RADAR)
Aftes disabling this mod, my stutter also gone. Any similiar mod ?
I've had the same issue especially when flying, disable the mod and fly smoothly again
