Rather than suspend, fans run faster and system won't resume.
If I try to 'Sleep' in my Bazzite KDE, AMD install, the screen will go black, my keyboard back-light will turn off but the fans will spin faster (not @ 100% speed though). I'll leave the system for up to 10 minutes to find the fans still roaring. Trying to resume by pressing keyboard keys or moving the mouse will sometimes result in the keyboard back-light returning, but nothing else. This is a grave contrast to Windows where the system will sleep almost instantly with the fans turning completely off rapidly.
Specs:
Z790M AORUS ELITE AX
13th Gen Intel Core i5-13500 @ 4.80 GHz
AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT [Discrete]
Intel AlderLake-S GT1 @ 1.55 GHz [Integrated]
What I've tried:
- Change BIOS sleep state options from 'Auto' to enabled,
- Turned off resizeable bar.

I'd love to work with someone to resolve this, mind you I am still on my Linux learning journey,
George

I've managed to fix this issue. An individual with a similar Mother board to mine (a B760M AORUS ELITE AX) found that 'Re-Size BAR Support', 'Above 4GB MMIO BIOS assignment' and 'Above 4G decoding' being enabled in their UEFI got inbetween their Arch install and their PC sleeping. I've turned these all off and can sleep as flawlessly as Windows!

I still wonder where this quirk comes from and if it's resolveable :/...
