Vi Banner (Twitch Drop)
I watched the season premiere of Arcane on the Riot Games' Twitch with my Riot Games account connected and I claimed both the banner and spray but can't find it in my collection at all. It's been like 3-4 days. Is anyone else having this issue?

same issue here I've sent them a ticket and only received an auto-generated reply from the staff
Does it show on twitch that you got a drop?
If the drop does not appear in your account after 48 hours, you should contact support. Such an instruction has been given to others as well.
