Unfortunately you wont be able to spoof on your ipad due to low OS requirements
Do you own a PC?
I did ispoofer with pc
You need sideloadely
And itunes web version not windows
And u need the ipa from the official ispoofer website
Then plug your iphone on the pc
And add the ipa to sideloadely
Done
Easy peazy

Yes unfortunately the only method to Spoof on PC is Mumu Player + PGSharp I cannot help you out with that as unfamiliar
