How do I negotiate my salary after agreeing to it in the application and initial call?

Guys. Need help. I got a call from one of the companies I recently applied to. Honestly I've been applying to a lot of companies and it didn't click at first about who I was talking to and where she was from. But during the call I managed to open my linkedin and find the company and the job. She asked a bunch of standard questions and aligned another interview for tomorrow. Towards the end of she said that assuming you're fine with the work timings and the package listed on the job description since you applied, the second interview will be a bit more technical and it will be forwarded to the client. And I said yeah sounds good. Now that I check the JD in detail, I don't think I am fine with the package. It's equal to what I make at my current job. I applied in the first place anyways because I've been trying hard to quit my current job. Is there anyway for me to negotiate a higher salary at this point? If yes? When do I do it? Should I email her right away that I'd want to negotiate my salary before or after the final interview or should I wait for the interview tomorrow to end and then say that I'd want to negotiate? Also, what should I say if she asks why did you apply if the package was not what you expected? PLEASE HELP.

Negotiate after you have the offer in hand. An bird in hand is worth two in the bush. If it doesn’t match your salary expectations, turn the role down and keep looking. Say your current job is paying you more or you have competing offers, but you really liked the team/interviewers/company culture and want to see what they can do to make a better offer.
