Left Field NYC Workshirt Sizing

Does anyone have any experience with the sizing of Left Field NYC workshirts? I was looking at the Kerry Woolen Mills shirts but I’m having trouble deciding between the L and XL. There's a pretty detailed size chart on that page. Looks pretty TTS for me.

Recommend taking a jacket you have and like the fit of and take the measurements of that, then compare to the measurements on left fields chart
