Solution:

I believe this is a bug with Priority Controlled Merger, try disabling that mod & see if you keep crashing

Would you say this is a reason for the issue I was having as well? In my debug ongoing issue I believe that PCM being does cause an issue as well, but then I think it could also be any modified merger/splitter

I'd certainly say it's likely it's caused you some issues - I thought you'd already removed it due to that, in fact - but I doubt it's the only thing causing your problems
