After HDMI disconnection Rog Ally Bazzite is Slow

My Rog Ally is runing Bazzite perfectly both mobile and docket but: After I disconnect(!) my Rog Ally running Bazzite 41 from my USB-C hub connected to a 1080p60 screen the system is very slow. Some modern games do not start at all. After a restart and while connected to my display everything runs fine. It does seem like the TDP is stuck and the lowest setting. Also controls and button handlers do not work correctly. Maybe Handheld Daemon crashed? It seems like gamemode has problems addressing the 7“ display. I am running the newest steam os and Bazzite 41. has anyone experienced the same? Does it have to do with HDMI CEC?

I used 30w TDP limit controlled by steam. because I played a demanding game on the tv
