game does launch when i fully close vanguard but gives vanguard not open error (obviously)

the game and launcher are located on a gen4 NVMe drive, its not like the pc is slow at loading.
try shutting down your pc , leaving for sometime , come back again
thats the stupidest suggestion to give honestly
a full shutdown (psu switch and powercycle) does the exact same thing
that actually worked for me
a restart would do the same in your case then

i was told to reinstall w revo uninstaller
fully remove everything about riot from my pc and then install again
works fine since then
Maybe I should try that

after doing this it launched normally
