Wireless headset (thru 2.4g dongle) won't work
I have bought a headphones that has a 2.4g dongle earlier, and it doesn't seem to be outputting any audio at all. The system was able to detect that it is a headphones (see image), but no output. No matter what profile I used it still wouldn't work.
I've tested it on my Steam Deck with Bazzite using its bluetooth mode, and it works. I also tested it on Windows with the dongle and it works. Is there anything I need to do to make it work? Thanks

For those who are having the same problem, here's what I did:
1) Open the terminal, then enter
alsamixer
2) Press F6
and locate your headphones or audio device
3a) If the PCMs are 00, change both digits but make sure they are equal
3b) If the PCMs are not 00 but there's an option for Auto-Mute, disable it
4) Exit out of alsamixer, then enter sudo alsactl store
in the terminal
5) If your using USB connection, then make sure to set your headphones to digital output so you can adjust the volume from your desktop
