Captha
I can provide any other info necessary, just hoping this wont be ignored like the other several topics I tried bringing up with this issue im having. Im trying to access websites that use cloudflare captcha thing and no website works, its not a pc problem since chrome works just fine, and its not an operagx (my default browser) problem either since ive done a fresh install and it works fine on my laptop. Tried everything one may suggest, from fresh installs to different networks. From disabling my antivirus to VPN on VPN off ordeal. Really looking for any sort of direction here. I keep getting errors such as 100280 and 100270 which arent even listed in any of the resources provided.

So it's just one browser, operagx, on one device?
Yep, did try contacting operagx support as well since its a weird issue... works just fine on other devices
What gets me is that its a fresh operagx install and its still giving me the issue
Is it really fresh though? So many browsers will sync things the second you login, and even if you don't, did it really clear all the local settings on uninstall?
Usually the advice is browser extensions, which I'm sure you tried without, but browsers like opera have tons of built in stuff that can cause some issues of their own
Made sure to delete every single file related to the browser on the hard drive, went as far as not to log any accounts for testing
Can totally see that happening, regarding the stuff opera already comes with toggled on, however that wouldnt explain why on otger devices it works perfectly fine with no changes to those
yea, it means there's a difference between your install on your device and theirs though, a single setting or a flag persisting in some way perhaps
I mean you have chrome on that pc and it works fine right? Opera is Chromium, same browser engine and everything. I suppose it could be a/b testing too, if Opera is slow rolling updates or features and you're just unlucky. Turnstile's errors aren't designed to help you get around it, not much luck there
If you go to a test turnstile (Cloudflare's captcha) page like https://turnstile-demo.pages.dev/, you get that same error consistently?
Lemme give it a check
Yup, breaks as well
Any way for me to change/add anything to the browser that goes back to me having those pretty pictures I get to select from or create an account to put a token that yes, im indeed human?
Im pretty ignorant regarding this bit, so please take my comment with a grain of salt
no turnstile/Cloudflare's captchas just doesn't do that
you fail or you suceed, most you have to do is click. There's no other functionality for verification, supposed to be less general friction, except when you use a browser somehow breaking it lol
Icic, so either nothing or click right? And theres no way for me to choose to click it right?
you're probably failing something early/quick failing out of it, so wouldn't even get the option to click. You don't have any extensions or anything currently, right? Just Opera's default? I tested on the latest Opera and it worked fine for me. Maybe worth double checking you are latest as well on opera:about, although if you just reinstalled it...
Just checked
What in the world is LVL 6 lol
No clue, just something they apparently use?
Also dont have early bird on, so no beta feature testing for me
ahhh
my about page looks like this:
did you reach it from another way or something?
Might just be because yours is Opera and mine is OperaGX
They do have this whole ordeal of being opera but "gamer"™️
ahh I'll try that then, sounds like to me this might just be some weird opera thing I might not be able to help with idk all their settings, but can at least try to test on equalish ground
fair point
I do have it on the laptop, hooked up to same exact network as pc and laptop works pristine
this is why its frustrating, both pc and laptop have same antivirus, so shouldnt be that, both have a fresh install of GX, laptop works fine and PC doesent, just on opera, chrome works fine
ive tried reducing the amount of random as much as I could but still, weird results
just also wish I knew what error: 100270 was
no clue if/how this may help
what's that second request 400ing? Can see more under "Network"
I wonder if plain non-gx opera works
fwiw opera gx does work fine for me as well, same version, default settings
damn
straight up not appearing
all I can see are 200 and a few 204
