is there a way for me to see how long this restriction is for, and i dont even remember getting it

i havent even played in a few months
so idk
if you havent played in over a month you wouldnt have the restriction
if you were queue restricted within the last 30 days you are ineligible
i started playing again a few days ago
but i did get 1 restriction for being afk when playing comp, is that why im ineligible
