Frequent 522 Connection Timeout Errors with Cloudflare

I'm frequently experiencing Error 522 (Connection Timed Out) when trying to access my server through Cloudflare. I've attached a screenshot of the error page for reference. It shows that both Cloudflare and my browser are functioning properly, but there seems to be an issue with the connection to my server (host error). I've verified that my server is online, and I haven't noticed any resource constraints that would suggest high CPU or memory usage. Additionally, I'm not seeing any network interruptions on my end. Has anyone else experienced similar issues with Cloudflare and Hetzner? If so, could you please share any troubleshooting tips or configurations that helped you resolve this problem?
