2 step verification issue
my valorant account nuea#1111 has been hacked,i reached out to riot client via writing a ticket but they still don't belive me,i don understand how i put 2 step verfication and still got hacked i can log in as ihave the correct password but the email is not mine so i cannot receive any code for verfication

i wrote a ticket so many times but to no avail they show me some email that i don even fucking know
Is it possible for it to be registered under a parent or friend's email?
If it is owned by someone else, they won't be able to help you, as it is essentially them giving you access to an account you don't own. If they gave someone access to an account for which they couldn't prove ownership of the email, then anyone could steal an account this way
