Hello there! I am trying to do stick message app but for some reason it won't stick my message is there any way to fix this?

Hiya, yeah ayako has a 1 minute cooldown between someone sending a message and her reposting the sticked message
This is because it would be annoying for people who're having a conversation to have it repeatedly interrupted by ayako reposting the sticked message. So she basically waits until the conversation has died down...
