its not super bad just dont want people to turn it off as a solution to fix it

Memory integrity is a safety measure created by windows to stop some forms of device infiltration. It's not terrible to turn off, but it does create a vulnerability in your device, and if you happen to run into the programs that exploit it, could be bad
It's like turning off an antivirus. Not malicious in itself, but can end badly if you don't know what you are doing/have other security measures in place to make up for it
