NS Servers not propogating on Cloudflare
I recently registered synxdata.us with Cloudflare. My website host is located on Wix with nameservers (ns4.wixdns.net & ns54.wixdns.net). There are two NS records on Cloudflare that correspond to the updated Wix nameservers. Yet, the Cloudflare Nameservers have not been updated as seen https://www.whatsmydns.net/#NS/synxdata.us
I have to be missing something simple. Help.

When using CF registrar, you aren't able to change the nameservers
You can add NS records, but that's not the same thing

So Wix gave the impression that the updated NS records were needed on Cloudflare ... I have been waiting and nothing is happening. Let me see if I can get this working on the Wix side.
NS access makes it alot easier on Wix's end, so they can do stuff like add new subdomains, set up email etc. without your input
But CF Registrar doesn't provide custom NS because it is provided at cost, so no money is made when you register a domain

Do you happen to know if a Cloudflare Pro plan (bottom paid tier) allows me to manage nameservers through them?
I can't figure out how to get Wix to manage NS for the domain.
