double freight car leads to infinite docking which cant be cancelled!?!
At the northwest part of the map i have 4 stations in a row to offload resources to a megafactory, last night i replaced all platforms with double output platforms from this mod and it all seemed to work, made a manual save and turned off the game for the night.
Now when i start the game it fails, train comes in, stops and then nothing...no unloading, no loading and when i jump into the train it says docking, if i press cancel dock it says cancelling docking but thats it.
The docking procedure never stops and the train never leaves, since docking is active i can not delete the train, rail cars or platforms essentially a game breaking bug.
I have noticed that i can still access the storage in some of the platforms.
Fortunately i still got the manual save i made and i can stop all traffic with a second to spare to replace all double output platforms with standard platform which i assume will work.
I do not use patch 1.006, the manual save was done with 1.004 since its the last patch which works for me.
the main question is, how do i fix this? is it mod related or caused by something else?

Double Freight Cars wasn't reported as broken by 1.0.0.5 or 1.0.0.6, afaik, but the last update was apparently less than a month ago, so it could have been partially broken by the last patch.

All the mods that still have support should be updated to 1.0.0.5 if not 1.0.0.6 by now.
I've got the same problem without using Double Freight Cars after 1.0.0.6 update. Still using Flex Splines. Endless docking and no way to cancel it.
got endless docking as well, tried to disable it but no change.

Hm, so it isn't the Double Freight Cars mod. Has anyone tried it in full vanilla?
Seems like every docking is bugged in the current version 😦 😦

It's the road tool, I just confirmed it. I saw the bug, and deloaded that mod, and now trains are working again.
of course all my poor trucks are haplessly teleporting all over the place now haha

I dont use road tool but its installed, left over from previous playthrough, uninstalled it and now the trains keep rolling.
Confirmed. My trains are up and running again.
Hey Reborn, did you tested with the last version of Road Tool?
The updated Road Tool is installed and active but I don't use it. And yes, my trains are fine now.
