Gnome Shell failure after 41 update
After upgrading to 41 and rebooting, my gnome shell is failing. The desktop loads, and the app switcher loads, but no apps, no icons, no toolbars, nothing. Also games don't render or create a window, I can hear sound but nothing shows.
This started in Bluefin, but rebasing to Bazzite didn't fix it. I deleted all Gnome/GTK related configs in ~/.config just incase. Nada.
The only remotely related error I think in my systemctl logs is a Gio.Error related to supergtxctl not loading, but on Bazzite it was a different error. Something in the GJS.
In order to do anything, I use CTRL + SHIFT + T to open a terminal and I launch flatpaks/apps from there to load Discord, browsers, etc.
One odd thing is Chromium based browsers fail with a X11 / $DISPLAY not set error (firefox loads fine). And I am on Wayland
Any ideas before I reinstall to repair the system?

NVM, ignore all of this, the issue is for some reason closing the laptop lid does not turn off the internal display of the laptop, so it never reconfigures to 1 external display. So it kept all my stuff on the internal screen
