Voice Chat not detecting my standalone microphone nor speakers

I just tried to com in a game and realized that no one is hearing me but it does have the voice icon popping up it turns out that i cant hear anyone and no one can hear me but other game sounds are working just fine it just started today I dont know what to do... Thank you in advance!
