Which of these for a casual interview?

Interviewing for a tech role in the PNW. My buddy works here and said “I wore a hoodie for my interview. You could get by with just a collared shirt. Honestly, you probably don’t even need the collar.” That said, which of these is a better choice? (I’ll rid the outfits of wrinkles and such)
