how do I even begin this question
what should my mindset be when I try to approach such a question?

to close the thread when your doubt is solved. Mention the users who helped you solve the doubt. This will be added to their stats.step 1 is to recall the equation of first order kinetics
t = 2.303/K * log(Ao / A), where Ao is initial conc and A is conc at time t
time = infinity means that all the benzene diazonium chloride has turned into N2, since first order reactions complete at infinity
so if the N2 concentration is 80, then the initial concentration Ao must also be 80
now that you know Ao, plug in the given case of t = 10 and V (or A) = 20 and find K
and now that you know K, you can solve for x (which is A) at t = 20
after you understand this part, it's just equation chasing
