step 1 is to recall the equation of first order kinetics t = 2.303/K * log(Ao / A), where Ao is initial conc and A is conc at time t time = infinity means that all the benzene diazonium chloride has turned into N2, since first order reactions complete at infinity so if the N2 concentration is 80, then the initial concentration Ao must also be 80 now that you know Ao, plug in the given case of t = 10 and V (or A) = 20 and find K and now that you know K, you can solve for x (which is A) at t = 20 after you understand this part, it's just equation chasing
