My pc doesn't even have TPM, if i downgrade from win 11 to win 10 will that fix it?

If that's a Van restriction message
the anti cheat is forcing you to have those, (not sure what is the reasoning, but that appears only on certain devices)
In case your machine supports both these features, you have to enable them
and in the case where you still have van restriction even after enabling them, you have to make a ticket

Your CPU does support TPM but does not have it built in
If your motherboard has a slot for it then you can buy the TPM module
why you gotta do allat just to play val

Riot can drop the restriction but it's in very special cases but it does not happen all of the time

Restrictions are implemented to stop cheating. If Vanguard determines that there is a chance that you are cheating then it will implement the restriction
