So my game crashed and now it gave me a ban for 1 hr 🥲 what can i do it was not my fault

Yo! guys can u help my game has randomly started crashing when l put it om full screen even if l put it on windowed it crashes after sometime pls help l have like 140fps in Valorant l have updated my graphics cards installed and reinstalled it like wtf.
