Need help to solve some issues

Hi everyone ! I'm a complete newbie on Linux and I recently installed Bazzite with one thing in mind, ditch Windows where it belongs -> in the bin. Using Bazzite for 2 weeks now and it works good, especially for gaming, games are so much snappier, 0.1% low are amazing compared to Windows, no more stuttering, i only played Elden Ring for now but i don't need more to know it's gonna be the same with every other games i'm playing. Now come the frustrating things : - There is 4 options for booting Bazzite in grub, is there a way to hide the 3 i don't use ? (very minor) - Discord doesn't launch on startup even if i checked it in the app settings (very minor) - When using the extension "Dash to panel" i can't use full screen on apps or else, it flickers (minor too) - My RAM sticks aren't showing in OpenRGB, i read on their gitlab that the spd5118 kernel driver for some Kingston Fury DDR5 memory can cause conflicts and unloading it should work but it doesn't work for me, this rainbow effect is killing me. (not so minor) - I can't read the T° sensor plugged in my motherboard for monitoring the water T° in my loop and can't control fans/pump with CoolerControl. (this one is the most annoying) System info in picture. If someone can help me with these issues, i would be really grateful. Thanks 🙂
