Cannot View Support Tickets
Hello,
We signed up for the Business Support for two of our domains about 2 weeks ago and I have submitted support tickets to find out the status of our domains transferring but I cannot even reach the support ticket area of the Cloudflare portal. It looks like its been down for more than a month? I can't reach anyone on the phone either. Is Cloudflare really this broken that there is no way to talk to any support whatsoever? I can't even get Enterprise Sales to call me back. My company is willing to pay for support, but I can't seem to get ANYONE to even talk to me. That's why I came here out of desperation.
