Hi everyone, I'm hoping someone can assist me with getting some help from Cloudflare.
I submitted a ticket, but it only sends auto-responses and closes after 72 hours, which is really frustrating given my issue.
My phone wiped itself, along with my password manager containing my 2FA (TOTP/MFA) and backup codes. I don't know why my items didn't sync, but now they're gone, and I need to get into my account.
Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried:

These links may help, but they only work when logged out. You can always use an Incognito Window or a Private Window to ensure you're logged out.

Hi thanks I did try account recovery
but I moved places since and don't have the same device or IP
So I logged a ticket but there was no response from them and the ticket closes after 72 hours.
