why is the .NET SDK download happening at 30kpbs
i have no idea what the problem is but the .NET SDK 8 is downloading at 30kpbs, i have a 80-90mbps connection

even the visual studio installed is going at 30kbps fsr

it could be because of that
but surely they would have some faster way to download it
i'd be surprised if MS doesn't have a CDN over there

basically a regional copy of content, so it's physically closer to you
i mean even VS is 30kbps
but yeah, idk what's going on
