Hello could you help with this, please understand my reasoning and I don't know what to do anymore
I put some of my screenshots and please read it carefully (also please ignore my spelling English isn't my first language)
The first screenshot happened 5 months ago where i didn't have good pc at that time and i was lagging like crazy and got a penalty because of that. that's when i received 1 year ban because of lag i wasn't sure what to do at that time but after 5 months i was able to fix my pc and get some new part to upgrade it so i opened a ticket and i said this on the second screenshot.
i opened the second ticket 5 days and i got no reply, so i opened another ticket copying and pasting the same massage as the second screenshot with the title "i got this ban 5 months ago i need to know why" and did get a reply this time but not what i wanted to hear. look at the third screenshot, and i got this ban because i accidently lagged out and crashed wasn't able to get back in the game on time in team deathmatch. i feel like this is a bit un fair
"I did not mean to leave the game I was lagging a lot my pc was not that good at that time but I was able to fix it after 5 months. You basically telling me that I got banned because of lag which I can't control I just want play the game again it's been so long this is just un fair please understand my reasoning and if you can please check my past tickets I have opened and read them carefully to understand what I'm trying to say. All I want is to play your game and have fun that's all."
All i want is just to play the game that's alli know this isn't a place i should talk about but i didn't know what to do

The system doesnt know the difference between leaving on purpose and leaving due to technical errors, leading to those penalties.
It doesnt matter if you did it on purpose or not, all that matters is that you left your team in an unfail situation
but its was team deathmatch i was trying join back in but it kicked me out of the game then my game crashed what am i supposed to do than
as long as you have a team that you can leave you will be penalized if you do happen to leave
but this happed to few of my friends when i was playing with them they didn't get banned only i did
and this is my first ban i every got because of my lag
all i want is just to play the game again that's all
