Not quite support but, how to get used to an immutable distro on the desktop?
It's great on my deck because I basically use my deck as a dockable tablet, but for my desktop it feels weird not using the command-line to install everything. Any advice?

What are you finding that you have to use the cli for? Most common things should be installable via flatpak which you can just use the Discover Software Center GUI for.
You can install Flatpaks through CLI
Command line apps you can install through
brew
I see I miss read that, yeah it does have cli, given the cli is imo very not friendly
You can also install everything in a Distrobox
If you want you can also use distrobox an install quite a few things that way too. like making a fedora container then just using dnf for most gui apps, just have to do
distrobox-export
and point it at the .desktop for the appty both!
