Dedicated server crashing upon joining

Issue started after adding the Infinite Nudge mod, but is now continuing to persist no matter what I try. I am currently trying to run a completely new download of the game, and server, though it crashes instantly upon trying to join. It even crashes when another player trys to join, so I don't think it's the clients, but rather just the server itself. I have tried all steps I can think of, removing all mods, manually deleting the mods folder, verifying integrity of game files, restarting the computers, uninstalling and reinstalling the game/server. I can load the save just fine in a regular single player game After loading the save in the interactive map and toggling modded save option off, I can now load it, but it crashes while saving now
