I changed the NS servers, but cloudflare didn't notice it.
Help please. I have already waited 7.5 hours and the check button is not working.

Do a DNS trace like this ->
and you will see that there are no
NS records pointing to capybarabox.fun, so Cloudflare can do thing but wait until those appear.
The current registrar for this domain seems to be reg.com, so they have put those NS records into the .fun TLD (most likely you should be able to do this yourself via a client interface they offer)

We've contacted the support on reg.ru and they've said that they changed it and it would take affect in 0-24-72 hours.
It can take a while since ICANN needs to react I guess.
