Just bought a fire tablet and downloaded outlook. Is there any risk with me logging into all My Js in this outlook client? I essentially want to have 1 consolidated view with all my calendars.

Human error is the biggie here. Don’t discount it. It’s just so easy in a rushed moment to send a message to one job intended for another. Even if you are 99.99% perfect, that one in 10,000 mistake is the one that’s going to cost you two jobs.
My advice is don’t put two jobs on the same piece of hardware and the reason is the chance of human error. Yes - you can absolutely make this work technically. It will all be great until that one unfortunate time you have a fat finger.

My approach (and the late Ethan as well) is to manually set up the schedules on a device not connected to any company. Most meetings happen on a cadence so it’s not actually too much work.
e.g. J1 Standup every weekday at 10am, J2 Retro every other Thursday at 1pm etc etc
This helps keep the schedule consolidated without the potential for human error
